Plastic container moulds are the preferred plastic storage equipment for many families, and the common ones are PP and HDPE materials. Plastic containers include two types, one is a single-use food packaging, usually, the container wall thickness is between 0.4-0.6 mm. The Tungtight mould can produce a 4-cavity 1L plastic container mould with a wall thickness of 0.4 mm. Another type of plastic container has a wall thickness of about 0.8-1 mm. At present, Tungtight has a set of container moulds that can produce seven different sizes and shapes of plastic containers, and is common with some container lids. The mould cavity can be replaced, which greatly reduces the floor space and logistics costs.
All transparent container moulds need to be well polished. In order to make the container look shiny, we usually use DIN1.2738, DIN1.2344, S136 as the mould cavity steel. If the wall thickness of the container is thick, 718h steel can be used to reduce the cost of the mould.
