We have successfully provided storage container production lines to our customers in South Africa, Italy, and Egypt. Regarding the storage container mould project, our company has already made 4-cavity moulds and 6-cavity moulds. Storage container mould with a capacity of 200ml, 400ml, 500ml, 750ml, 1L and 2L.

Our mould has the following characteristics:

• 1. For the mould of multi-cavity thin-walled container, it is best to use P20 or better steel for the core cavity of the mould.
• 2. The cooling water channel must be installed on the mould pushing plate of the container, otherwise it will affect the life of the pushing plate in the future high-speed production.
• 3. We made embedded gates to facilitate future changes.
• 4. The storage container mould adopts hot runner injection.
