For crate mould, the mould steel used in the core and cavity insert moulding area is P20 / 718H. This mould steel has excellent polishing performance and wear resistance, which can shorten the mould making cycle and reduce the cost of the mould. Of course, according to the needs of different customers, we have a variety of steel materials such as P20, DIN1.2738, DIN1.2316, 718H, and S136 to choose from to make moulds. In addition, we use high-gloss injection moulding technology to manufacture crates. This technology can effectively improve the fluidity of plastics, eliminate the welding marks on the surface of the crate, and make the crate have a smoother surface and strength. In the mould injection system, cold runner or hot runner can be selected according to customer needs. Our hot runner system uses German heating elements and can be continuously heated. We designed and optimized the cooling system to speed up the moulding cycle and improve production efficiency.
